The 2nd Thursday of the Month , at the Senior Luncheon from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. As well as, the 4th Thursday of the month at Harborview Housing from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
Description:
Adult immunizations, health promotion and education, annual health awareness day with cholesterol, diabetic, osteoporosis, hearing and hypertension screenings, walk – in B/P and B/S screenings in office, keep well clinics 2X a month, communicable disease investigation, Mantoux testing, Vitamin B12 and other prescription injections per doctor’s order, vaccine distribution, home visits for health assessment and monitoring, flu and pneumonia clinics, elder needs, referral and resource services.
