Question: When is the nurse in her office for blood pressure checks?
Answer: Walk-in clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM - 11AM. The Nurse's office is closed on Friday. No appointment is necessary.
Question: What does is cost for nursing services?
Answer: Nursing services are free of charge to all residents of Cohasset.
Question: Does the Nurse make home visits?
Answer: Yes, the nurse is available to visit residents in their homes for blood pressure checks, medical assessments, adult immunizations, weight check and blood sugar testing. All visits are free of charge.
Question: Are the public health nursing services only for seniors?
Answer: No, the public health nursing services are for all residents of the town regardless of age.
Question: What are the directions to the Town Nurse's office?
Answer: From Rte 128 South to Rte 3 South to Exit 14 take a left at the end of ramp onto 228. Follow approximately 8 miles to the intersection of Rte 228 and Rte 3A. Take a right onto Rte 3A South, follow into Cohasset and take a left onto Sohier Street. (There will be a Mobil Gas station on your left, and a sign for the South Shore Music Circus, alerting you of your left). Follow Sohier Street to the end (going straight through the set of ligts). Take a reight onto North Main Street into Cohasset Village - Town Hall is across from the Town Common on your left on Highland Avenue.
