To download PDF files while using a PC, right click on the "Click here to download" link. This will bring up a pop up menu. Choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Netscape Navigator). This will bring up a "Save As" dialog box. Save this file to your hard drive (somewhere where you can remember where it is). This should initiate the download. To read you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. It can be download, free of charge
