Question: Does the town participate in a collaborative for the purchase of Utilities?
Answer: Yes, the town currently purchases electricity thorough a collaborative for all buildings. The school buildings also purchase their natural gas through a collaborative. The town is currently looking at the utility contracts for the upcoming years.

Question: How does a citizen or other organization request to use a facility?"
Answer: The citizen or organization should first complete the Authorization for use of Facilities form. This form can be found on the town web site. The citizen or Organization also needs to get permission from the person scheduling the building. In the case of the school buildings the principal must approve the requested use.
