Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Cohasset Planning Board at Cohasset Town Hall, Selectmen’s Office, 41 Highland Avenue, Cohasset, MA 02025 on: MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2008 AT 7:45 PM to consider and hear comments on Design Guidelines for the Village Business District proposed pursuant to Section 18(1)(c) of the Cohasset Zoning Bylaws.
Copies of the proposed Design Guidelines to be considered at the public hearing will be available on August 4, 2008 at noon and after that time may be viewed at the Office of the Planning Board and the Office of the Town Clerk, Cohasset Town Hall, 41 Highland Avenue, Mon/Wed/Thurs 8:30-4:30, Tues 8:30-7:00, Fri 8:30-1:00.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should submit any comments in writing to the Planning Board, Town Hall, Cohasset, MA 02025, or should appear at the time and place designated.

Notice is hereby given that the Cohasset Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 41 Highland Avenue to review proposed new stormwater management regulations and accept public comment and input on those proposed regulations.To review a copy of the proposed regulations, please go to www.townofcohasset.org. Interested citizens are encouraged to comment on the regulations at the public hearing or to submit written comments to the Conservation Commission at the above address prior to the hearing.
