Recreation 'Teen' Center

What is it?

The Teen Center is located next to the Red Lion Inn and is open to students in grades 6-12. Telephone at the Teen Center is (781) 383-2492.

When is it open?

We are open every Friday from 5pm-10pm and the first and third Saturday of every month from 5pm-10pm.

Who goes?

Although we are open for all students’ grades 6-12, we usually only get students in the 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, or 9^th grades coming to the Teen Center.

What is there to do?

As we are in the process of upgrading our equipment we currently have 4 TV’s, Playstation 2, Playstation 1, N64, Arcade games, CD player and plenty of couches for you and your friends to hang out and talk!

What does it cost?

That’s the best part-coming to the Teen Center is FREE! Unless we are having a special event (dance, movie night) most dances/ events are $5.00 per person.

How do you know if we’re having a dance or activity?

A flier will be distributed at school and it will be advertised on the front board of the Teen Center. Also, you may call The Recreation Dept. at 781-383-4109 and find out for yourself.   Dances are held once per month from 7:00 PM-10:00 PM and cost $5.00  per  person.

May I rent the Teen Center?

Absolutely! If you are interested in renting the Teen Center for any occasion please contact Ted Carroll at the Recreation Dept. at 781-383-4109. Rentals are $125.00

8.

What else should I know?

We have a snack bar where we sell chips, candy, and soda. The major rule we have is that once you leave the Teen Center, you may not re-enter again that night.
