The Little Harbor Utility Project is a combined Town project involving sewer, drain and water utility construction within the general area of Little Harbor.  The construction project is being managed for the Town by Coughlin Environmental Services, LLC (trailer number 781-383-2900) and the contractor is L.M. Holdings of Westford, MA.  The construction project is scheduled for completion in two years.  During that time, the central wastewater treatment plant will be modified to handle the majority of the new homes being sewered in the Little Harbor/Atlantic Avenue district.  That modification work is being done by D&C Construction of Rockland, MA.
